Just got done with my yoga :) excited because my last season of high school softball starts tomorrow!!
Just got done doing the first day of yoga on my daily yoga DVD :) Today was build the foundation day! :) or otherwise known as lyengar. it focused on body alignment and form. Man my body feels great after that! Can not wait for tomorrows!
So i just realized that i have been lacking so much in my fitness for the past months.. But that is going to change as of today.
Starting Insanity over again. And the healthy eating begins once again.
Goal: To look amazing in my prom dress :)
For a graduation present i just want the insanity DVD’s.. Favorite workout ever.
